A podcast I have been longing for!

I LOVE podcasts and often search and search for ones that fit my lifestyle and interests. Mrs. Reish's Wondering Wednesday fits the bill. I have not listened to all the podcasts because I just found the podcast yesterday but I have listened to all of the ones pertaining to food. I am a mama of 4 boys and food is a large part of my day. I have always hated meal planning and I really, really hate a slow cooker. I have yet to find meals that taste good coming from a slow cooker. My method has always beento have a very large pantry and freezer filled with foods I bought on sale that I can then make whatever I am in the mood for that day. Mrs. Reish's method takes this concept to an even higher level by already having starters and cooked meats. I love this!! If I forget to take my meat out to thaw in the morning then I am rushing at dinner time. How nice not to have to worry about that because the meat is already cooked. I could literally have a meal on the table in 15 minutes! Yesterday I bought 25lbs. of meat that was very cheap and made 180 meatballs and cooked the rest. Next week I plan on doing chicken. I can't wait to share this podcast with my girlfriends. As a sidenote I just finished reading Cheaper by the Dozen to my kids and the efficency expert storyline of the book also had me really thinking. Thank you so much!
