Description

You'll probably want to avoid this podcast. It sucks. It's filled with neurotic tales of thieving bears, decoy wallets, and epic Olive Garden rants. It's irreverent and stupid and terrible, and the hosts should really be ashamed of themselves. You can also find archives of this travesty in the "Better Off Undead" podcast, which was just as bad but also had an even stupider name.

Customer Reviews

Not as Advertised

I've listened to about 4 episodes now & of that time, I'd say about 80% of it was spent talking about their writing, what they're writing, the process of their writing, etc. Its more of a promotion piece for their work.

The Walking Dead season 2 episode is a prime example. It's an hour long and takes them 25 minutes to get to the topic.

So listen to this podcast if you're interested in being a writer. You probably SHOULDN'T listen if you're actually expecting them to talk about actual horror movies, franchises & general things of the supernatural. They sound like great guys, they just don't seem to deliver on the description of the show.

Too much fun

This podcast is basically what it's like to hang out with a bunch of your friends and just talk about whatever random stuff comes up. The main idea is to talk horror, but all the diversions and side tracks just make it even funnier and more entertaining. If you enjoy witty banter and occasionally on-topic remarks, you would be crazy not to subscribe to this podcast.

Fun. Fun. Fun.

meh

What once was a funny podcast about pop horror has turned into one giant off topic infomercial for their own work. No real horror anymore and no interest from the hosts to bring back the horror. When the guys are on their game, the random BS is really funny, but if you want to talk about horror stuff, there really isn't any point. Frankly, if you listen to the latest episodes, they are trying to figure out what to do with the show now that it is so off the rails no one cares anymore.

Better Off Unsubscribed.
