Garland is one of the only people willing to tell the truth about what is going on in Washington D.C. I learned about him during the 2016 Democratic Primary and proceeded to have my mind blown by just how duped I had been. One of the good guys, ladies and gentlemen: Garland Nixon.
fearless and fun
Garland brings decades of experience and insight to his program. He combines passion with humor, giving his listeners a unique perspective. Although very considerate, Garland is never afraid to challenge the status quo or "conventional wisdom." He provides economic, historical, and philosophical context rarely found on talk shows, and he invites callers to express their views freely, especially if they disagree with him. All this makes for an enjoyable and informative show.
Excellent and thoughtful political commentary
I started listening to news views on my Friday drives home from work. Garland has a special way of connecting with the listener and breaking down multi layered complex issues surrounding race, politics and police. I would highly recommend.
