Best daily yoga!
I absolutely adore this podcast! Yoga Sesh helped get me back into a daily practice after an injury, and I couldn’t be more thankful. The ‘seshes’ are well-rounded, accessible, and diverse. They’re mostly alignment-focused and Caitlin Rose does an excellent job of clearly describing all the postures. Her voice is incredibly soothing & encouraging, too! Endless gratitude for what you do, Caitlin Rose.
I love taking Caitlin’s YogaSesh whenever I travel. It brings me back to life no matter where I am in the world!
A wonderful home practice
Caitlin is one of my teachers and I can say she is just as soothing and calming in real life as she in these podcasts. I love her ideas and intentions behind the classes. She does a great job being deliberate with her instructions.I also teach and when I have students looking for a home practice I send them to this podcast! It's a great place to be able to practice without the constant headstands that so many teachers put out these days. Great for beginners and more advanced alike.
