YOU, ME, EMPATHY, created and hosted by Non Wels, is a podcast about exploring the struggles we face in our day to day lives as humans trying to get by on this overwhelming and magnificent pale blue dot. The intent of YOU, ME, EMPATHY is to talk openly, without judgment, about our neuroses, our mental illnesses, our shared anxieties and worries, to create a dialog that is vulnerable and deeply human and empathetic—and to share that dialog with others to inspire further dialog and insight so we can, together, break down the stigma that make us feel shame and guilt for struggling, for feeling our feelings, for being human. YOU, ME, EMPATHY is a safe place. A conversation between friends. A place to inspire the empathy and beauty in all of us. (The You, Me, Empathy podcast is for informational and/or entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.)

The beauty of empathy

Non Wels is a human person who embodies the qualities of kindness and empathy as beautifully as anyone I've ever met. (Disclosure: Yes, he's a friend of mine.) This podcast is a must-listen if you're a human who wants to be... more human. It's also the best pro-witch podcast out there. (Confused? You better get listening!)

So grateful I found this podcast

I have relationship issues and I constantly feel I don’t belong anywhere and feel disconnected, i don’t have any friends where I live and I’m actively working self healing with childhood trauma, self sabotage behaviors, recreating abandonment and on top of that I’ve been recently sexually assaulted. I’ve struggle with depression and social anxiety.

I was overwhelmed with all the emotions and feelings, feeling unsafe to share and being judged and not able to relate, connect or share my struggle with other humans and keeping it to myself, then I met Non, the kindest human being ever. I binged listen 4 episodes and I felt I found everything I needed in one same podcast. The fact that I could listen to a MAN with feelings was mind blowing for me. What? An empathetic man? Is hat for real?. I come from Latin American country and my shortcomings and experiences has formed the idea that a men doesn’t have feelings and they are just users and abusers of women kind heart and vulnerability (horrible)

I mentioned I’ve been isolated for fear of recreating my fears over and over again. He offered to talk with me and let me share what I was feeling and made me feel safe, a total stranger dedicated 44 minutes of his life to listen to my struggles while my “friend” takes weeks to reply to my messages.

This podcast is relatable, vulnerable, supportive, a safe space to share and a safe space to feel free to feel your feelings.

I literally take notes from Tony the therapist’s insights when I feel it resonate with what I’m going through he put my feelings into words and I cannot be more appreciative with him. I wish I could have him as my therapist and Non as my friend.

Love you you all and let’s feel free to feel our feelings
