Love this Podcast!

I look forward to this podcast every week. Kelly does a great job choosing her topics and guests. It’s all relevant to “real life”, not just how we wish life was. There’s been a number of quotes and discussions that spoke to me. Like recently, there was a quote from Kelly regarding goal setting, when she would ask “who is the kind of person who does this? Who would I be?” I try to keep those questions at the front of my mind all day now, and all of my decisions are focused on becoming that person. This is a great start to the week!

Kelly is absolutely the most inspiring person I have ever heard when it comes to motivating me to meet my goals, especially fitness goals. Her philosophy of making it a fun part of your lifestyle rather than leaving it on the unfulfilled wishlist is spot on.
