Description

Welcome to STRONGER, hosted by LIVESTRONG.COM's Food & Nutrition Editor, Erin Mosbaugh, and News Editor, Ferozan Mast. This is a safe space where we get to the core of trending food topics that make you think: WTF. Is sugar really that bad? Is everyone allergic to gluten? Should you really fast for 16 hours per day?! Each episode, we'll have one of our expert guests get to the bottom of health trends, to turn frustration into empowerment and desperation into joy. Dig in.

The first six minutes is useless

My patience wore pretty thin during the first several minutes of the "Starvation Mode" episode. I realize you need advertisers to help subsidize the podcast, but come on, you don't need to flog the product so relentlessly. I'm now so annoyed that I will make a point to avoid it, so good job. Also, having the staff blather on about their (lack of) experience with IF is a waste of space and time. It gives the end result an unpolished "class project" feel. Besides that, the meat of the podcast was pretty decent.

Ugh

I was expecting an enlightened discussion by educated and experienced individuals. Wrong. Fells like your having lunch with valley girls. Pure junk.

Yay, Stronger is back!

Glad to see Stronger back in season! Such a great way to listen and digest the important issues with top authorities. They always have a keen slant on stories, usually avoiding partisanship and focusing on the truth. Thank you Stronger!
