I've been real estate agent for 16 years and I still know how important it is to keep learning an to keep listening on a daily basis. I like this Podcast because the info reflects the current market and I like how he reflects back to the same trainers I listen to as well, like Mike & Tom Ferry, Brian Tracy, Tommy Hopkins etc. It's a great Podcast to listen to while I'm driving to work.
Most of the Podcasts that i've listened to so far are for Real Estate Agents, but some are not. If you are in any type
of sales where you were told by someone that "it's a numbers game" you will get something out of these Podcasts.

Interesting,Extremely Knowledgeable Professional Real Estate Sales Person that any agent will enjoy listening to and definitely lean something from. James has a work ethic very few have in this business and backs uyp everything he talks about by actually doing it every day. This guy is going to be huge and I guarantee one of the next great trainers who will be around for a long time to come. Thanks for doing this James.
As a new agent, I needed some advice from an unbiased source. Even your broker is in competition with you, so someone that has no dog in your fight is key. I found James through his podcasts and spent several weeks engaged in one on one coaching. The things I learned and was able to put into practice, advanced my far past my peers. I would recommend that everyone listen to his podcasts and use him as an amazing coach and mentor.
