Bravo to Zander Strong
How wonderful that these podcasts are free - and without advertisements! They take you to a phyical/emotioal quiet place that is deceptiely subtle but have a profoudly beneficial impact. They help you integrate your entire body, and your emotional/spiritual state. After working through a 30 minute podcast I feel both calm and invigorated.
I would highly recommend this podcast. I have really enjoyed the first few episodes. Content is extremely interesting, and Robin does a great job of combining useful information with instructional practice. The lessons are clearly described and very mindful. I am looking forward to hearing more of this podcast!
