No Legal Jargon

I have been following this podcast since it came out and I find it highly informative and actually refreshing because the conversation is easily understandable - it's for the average person dealing with legal issues. No legal jargon!

I have experience in the personal injury industry and I still learned a lot from this podcast. This podcast has a lot of honesty and truly educates the consumer. Even though personal injury is not a common topic of discussion, if you’re in this industry, interested in this field, or have been involved in an auto-accident and need personal injury advice, I would highly recommend this podcast.
I would be curious if the host will ever discuss the topic of settling ones own injury claim. Many people have different opinions on this, so I would be curious what the hosts’ opinion is on this.

Excellent Podcast

I listened to the podcasts and was relieved to hear a very down to earth and direct approach to personal injury law. Doug gives realistic advice to handling personal injury claims in a way that is easy to understand for a non lawyer or somebody who has little experience in dealing with a claim. Anybody who has been involved in a car accident should definitely listen to these podcasts before talking to insurance companies or taking any action on their personal injury claim. I’m excited to see what else Doug has coming in these podcasts. I know it’s been touched on lightly throughout the podcasts, but I was wondering if Doug could expand on the qualities a claimant should look for when choosing representation in a claim.
