I really like these podcasts, like running with friends.

Disappointed

If you're looking for a podcast with a few women sharing their opinions about running, then this is the podcast to listen to. It's basically the hosts talking about their experiences and running based on their opinions. They do interview "experts", but even the experts are giving opinion and nothing backed up by research. Also, the two hosts just had babies and so when they did a feature on the biological side of women and running, only one question wasn't related to pregnancy. This isn't a show for women and running, this is a show where the hosts get their personal questions answered and ignore all the questions that women may have in other stages of life. Also, I found some of the information presented was completely wrong if you actually read the research studies. So if you want a factual, informed podcast then this isn't for you. If you want the same information/opinions that you'd get from your girlfriends and/or you're a mother runner, then it might appeal. I suffered through 3 episodes to give this podcast a fair shot, and it just didn't apply to me (a female runner).
