With 10 boys and 7 girls ranging in ages from less than a year up to age 20, there's never a shortage of interesting events around the Duggar house. In fact, even the simplest things are complex when your family's this big: laundry, dinner, home schooling, any trip out in public. It all takes brilliant organization and every individual pitching in for the good of the whole. One of the latest adventures for the family is a new business being headed by the two oldest boys: the Duggar Used Car Lot. Yes, it's a small family business for this not so small family. Everyone is pitching in to help set up the shop, clean up the cars, make the signs and sell those cars. And that's not even the most exciting undertaking on the horizon. Oldest son Josh is engaged! Soon this family will be planning a wedding and fixing up a new homestead for the young couple. And, who knows, maybe mom and her new daughter-in-law will share a room on the maternity ward someday.

I'm the first one to admit that my values don't line up with theirs. As a progressive liberal, I also find myself on the other side of the political fence. However, having said that, I can appreciate the Duggars. They are a family through and through, and they would be the first ones to tell you that they're not perfect. They must be doing something right to have these (mostly) well behaved children, and be out of debt. As a society having an economic meltdown of our own making, perhaps we can learn something from the Duggars. It's not about who has the newest, or the best stuff. It's about family, friends and love - all of which this family has in abundance.
A great family show
I love the wholesome values that are shared. It's nice to have a show that I can share with my children. I appreciate the Duggar family being willing to share their lives this way.
I LOVE THE DUGGARS
the duggars are honestly some of my favorite people ever; i agree with them on just about everything. many people consider me a religious nut? but i'm totally cool with that. favorite show. love the values. we need wayyy more people like the duggars in this world, especially ones there to put Christians on the map within our sex-saturated media!!
