You dont have to be rich to live in hawaii?!!! Really?!! WRONG, there's no way you can afford to live in hawaii or other island neighbors. You have to be RICH to move and live, there's no such thing to live in cheap. Hawaii is top most expensive to live than other states but NY and CA are same as Hawaii.
