Accidentally On Purpose is a comedy starring Golden Globe Award winner Jenna Elfman as Billie, a single woman who finds herself "accidentally" pregnant after a one-night stand with a much younger guy and decides to keep the baby and the guy. A newspaper film critic, Billie is barely surviving a humiliating breakup with her charming boss, James (Grant Show), who's still trying to resume their relationship. Suddenly expecting a child with her "boy toy," Zack (Jon Foster), Billie and Zack make an arrangement: to live together platonically. Billie's party girl best friend Olivia (Ashley Jensen), and Abby (Lennon Parham), her conventional, younger married sister, eagerly look forward to the new addition and offer their own brands of advice and encouragement. But when Zack and his freeloading friends, including Davis (Nicolas Wright), start to turn her place into a frat house, Billie isn't sure if she's living with a boyfriend, a roommate, or if she just has another child to raise.

Accidentally On Purpose
This is the first season of what will be a long running hit sitcom! The writing is honest, the acting strong, and the story realistic. I have waited for a sitcom to come along, which would fill the void left by once loved shows now finished. This show is not a spin on an old concept; it is completely new in its own right. The story is one which could and probably is the reality of many people today. Finally a show that brings together two age groups, people in their twenties and their thirties, showing the true evolution of our culture. This show is art imitating life at its best. With that said, it is still the great concept of what a sitcom is meant to be. You will laugh, smile, and loose your cares for a while. This is a great show; I am looking forward to seeing more episodes. If you want to laugh and be entertained for a half hour, watch this show.
Great Classic Comedy
I laughed out loud so many times during this episode. It has that almost old school humor to it. And the idea of a a young guy with an older women makes it that much funnier when you bring in both their lifestyles. Great show with lots of potential!!
