Very informative piece. Beautiful shots and graphics; makes you want to go and visit. Great for if you want to sit back, relax and learn some history and geography. Well worth renting for its price.
This is the first episode of this series that I've ever seen, and I can't get over how beautifully it was filmed. I'm a fifth generation San Franciscan, lived here my entire life, and have been to all the landmarks and cities featured, but seeing them with a "birds-eye" view was absolutely breathtaking. I haven't been to the old army bunkers and batteries surrounding the Golden Gate Bridge since my elementary school field trips, but after seeing them from the air, I'm heading over for an extensive hike at the end of the week.
Too bad California gets their's for free...
...while the rest of us have to pay for it!
