Venture Season 4 shaping up to be the strangest season yet.

This really is one of the best shows on television, Probably the most well crafted and funny show on Adult Swim. Doc and Jackson really seem to out do theirselves each season. I just watched episode 1 a few hours ago and it was great. The way they throw in random one shot characters every episode that most of the time turn out to be more memorable is awesome. If you haven't gotten into The Venture Brothers yet, start out with season 1 but if you love the show as much as I do, just go ahead and get the season pass.

Hank is growing an ape drape

Doc and Jackson "Tarantino'd" the hell out of the first episode of season 4. The plot goes all Memento and takes 2-3 viewings before you figure out the sequence. Great replay value. The CGC was a great device but I was a little disapointed to see Brock go "Lee Adama" for less than half an episode. There was definately potential there for a multi-episode arc leading up to an epic Rocky IV scene bench pressing tree trunks with Sasquatch and the Bionic Man. I personally think he lost his edge when he started getting lines that were more than just grunts.

Your life is incomplete if you're not watching this series. It's redefining the genre of science fiction without anyone realizing. Watch it. Watch Battlestar Galactica first, and then when you've finished watch Venture Bros. Nothing else comes close.

I'm dying to see more Col. Gentleman!

Full-On Awesome!

Never fails. Everytime I watch a new Venture Bros., when the end credit music (Tuff) starts I audibly cry, "Already?" But the longer than usual after credit sequence was nice this time around. Looks like this season was definitely worth the wait.
