The woman of his dreams is out there — the question is, who is she? Told in a series of flashbacks, How I Met Your Mother is the hilariously unpredictable story of how 20-something Ted meets his soul mate and says goodbye to the singles' world of pick-up lines, one night stands, and relationship "deal-breakers." With friends Marshall and Lily's wedding fast approaching, the outrageously inappropriate Barney remains a consummate bachelor, while Ted's romance with Robin is heats up, but is she really the one for him? Things have a funny way of working out in this delightfully fresh and fast-paced comedy.

I love this show. One of the best comedies out there. It's highly underrated. It brings the comforts of the classics with similarities to Seinfeld and Friends (laugh tracks, close knit group of friends), and brings in new techniques like the sharp comedy of The Office (No, I'm not saying The Office is like HIMYM, but they do have some similarities). The cast here is really the high point. They have such a close bond that is evident even on screen. Plus, the story is great. A love story told from the future? How can you go wrong?
One of the best shows, ever!!!
Intelligent comedy comes to the t.v. once again. After Cheers and Friends went off the air I thought that I would never see a great comedy again, whelp here is another t.v. classic. Love it! Witty, intelligent and funny! Thank you CBS!
this show is too good for anything. its under rated and underwatched....unless your me. ive got the first season and its always on. this is definately a show that is growing by the second. ive been a fan from the beginning all because of my love for Al Hannigan from buffy. and im so glad im watching it. its definately upped its game from season 1- season 2. even if your just watching to see the next slap...(watch it to understand the meaning).
