Description

As the hit drama series Dallas continues for its second season, get ready for a new wave of scheming, backstabbing and blackmailing fun — plus, the farewell performance of series icon Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing. As the season starts, Sue Ellen’s run for governor is threatened by the secret that she bribed a medical examiner to help get John Ross off the hook for murder; Harris Ryland (The X-Files’ Mitch Pileggi, now a series star) tells Ann he has news about her daughter; Christopher tries to find the real Becky Sutter, while the woman he married (Julie Gonzalo) starts to show her true colors as the daughter of family rival Cliff Barnes; J.R. teams up with John Ross to take over Sue Ellen’s loan to Elena, giving her total control over Christopher and John Ross’ new startup company, Ewing Energies; and so much more! In addition to Pileggi, Emma Bell (The Walking Dead) and Kuno Becker (Goal! films) join the cast this season.

Great 2nd season start, Shame about the ratings...

I read that their were about 3 million viewers for the season 2 premiere, which is way below the season average for Season 1. It's a shame because the new characters are really starting to break out on their own. The lower ratings can probably be attributed to Season 2 premiering in January. Last season was broadcast in the Summer when most networks are in reruns. I hope the audience will grow as the season unfolds and TNT doesn't get cold feet.

Goodbye Larry

DALLAS has been around for years, i saw the new seasons for it. DALLAS wont be the same without you J.R. RIP
