Stop giving it a one star rating.

First off, all of us no this is one of the greatest shows, ever created. So please stop giving it One Star. Apple doesn't set the price, they didn't cheat anyone. Just rate the season the 5 Stars it deserves because of its substance and quality. And just get over that this Season 5 B is a different season, whining is'nt going to do anything. Can't wait for the conclusive final 8 hours of the greatest show ever created.

Newflash: it ain't apple folks

I never do this. I never leave ratings. But I need to counter the one star ratings that don't belong here. Rate the SHOW people, not the business model. You're all hooked just like I am. Rate it a five. Bash apple somewhere else. Rate the show, and the show ONLY. Is that too hard to understand? When you give one star on iTunes, you're giving it to the show, not apple. Now, for the real lesson.... Apple sets pricing based on deals with media companies. Do you really think a company with $100B in cash and nearly half a trillion in market capital is trying gouge YOU!? Get over yourselves. Pricing is pricing. AMC owns the rights to Breaking Bad. They charge apple a price to distribute. That charge gets passed on to you, the consumer. Why? Because this show is worth EVERY PENNY they're charging you to own for the rest of your life! It ain't apple folks. Not with movies, not with TV shows, not with music, or apps. It's called business. Gaining distribution rights to artistic content doesn't materialize out of thin air. It's a deal between two companies. And in this case, AMC has the upper hand. Why? Because they own the rights to an awesome show. And you'll pay for it, just like I will....because it's worth it. So the next time you see a movie you want to rent, but can only purchase, ain't's the movie studio. Save your one star ratings for sucky content, not amazing TV shows.

"Instant download"? Really?

I only bought the second half of season 5 as a season pass, and luckily it included season 4 & season 5 part 1. I think the only reason for the season 5 split was to make the show eligible for more awards, being in different years. Regardless, what really grinds my gears is that iTunes claims an "instant download" after the episode airs, but 12 hours later and $22 less money, there's still no episode to download. Its super convenient for iTunes, that they don't have a support line (iTunes only) and there's seemingly no way to chat with someone, except through email. Give me a break! You make it hard enough for me to pay for my digital mulitimedia, at least reward us for being upstanding consumers!

Lastly, and on a complete tangent, let me merge my apple ids. Seriously! I had to get a new one for icloud and find my iphone, but clearly I can't kill the old and continue with the new. Why? Because we are lazy.
