Southern in New York
In New York, G. Garvin searches for big southern flavor in the Big Apple. He finds a Texas-style BBQ ribs, brisket and chicken. Then there's pork belly and crispy buttermilk fried chicken and southern inspired cocktails.
G. Garvin hits Miami and cooks up tender Maple Glazed Pork Chop with a side of buttery Sweet Potato Mash. Then he heads downtown for some of the best Pork Belly in town. G. wraps things up with a Miami favorite - Key Lime Pie.
