Could not watch, HORRENDOUS!

I would have loved to watch a show that takes you around the sites of Dublin. However I have no interest in watching two unknown people sit in various pubs drinking Guinness and Whiskey. They also show these two folks eating meals discussing what’s in their meat. What a waste of time, money and thought, an EPIC FAIL! Onto Thailand with Chrissy Teigen which was by far much more tolerable. Chrissy actually takes you on a journey and you feel as though you’re in the thick of it with your host, sightseeing and taking in the culture. Morocco was also a great getaway but had never heard of the host traveling in this series. His birth name is Dante Terrell Smith, use to go by the name Mos Def? or is it Yasiin Bey? I can’t keep up, and he is only one person. He seemed okay, nothing spectacular. His sidekick Ferrari Sheppard (from what I’ve read) is lacking not only education but ignorance. His stance on Israel ruined it for me, and I’m an Arab. Go figure. Had the producer Anthony Bourdain taken a moment to find enthusiastic hosts, it would have had a better outcome. Clearly Bourdain brings in his politics when hiring these individuals for around the world excursions. Lastly the current episode with Jenny Slate in Barcelona is another DUD. She is nasally sounding, annoying, and hard to become involved in her abroad adventures. If she’s not attempting to make jokes about penises, she’s talking about bums, bidets and very little beer. Is it that hard to find well travelled, seasoned entertainers who can draw the audience in long enough to keep your attention span? If you find my review boring, it gets much worse watching this series. Good luck though!

A Fun Adventure

This show has turned into a fun guilty "I wanna travel the world" pleasure. A different host goes through a different city for each episode. Like w/ anything, I would say some hosts are better than others, but it's great that they mostly come across as down to earth and actually eager to venture the city they are in. I love that they don't always focus on the super touristy areas, and of course, they bring in the food (yum). Definitely worth the watch!!

Fantastic Show!

I love this shows format and pace. It defenetly isn't an old boring travel channel show, but fun and exilerating. Well worth the money.
