For decades, the famed mischievous pranksters of Our Gang have brought laughter to millions. Spanky, the leader, plans lunatic money-making schemes. Skinny, freckle-faced Alfalfa sports his famous cowlick and even more famous gap-toothed smile. There's Buckwheat the whiz-kid inventor; Darla the tomboy; Porky, Spanky's baby brother; and Pete, their loyal dog with a ring around one eye. In the third part of this four-part collection, the gang declares war on their rivals, the Slickers, over a swimming hole; they also help out the Red Cross, their teacher Miss Phipps and national defense with “Kernel” Spanky in command. But that’s not all! They put on a musical comedy, start up a newspaper, throw a surprise party for their friend Froggy, create a robot to handle their chores, and try to cure Buckwheat of his habitual fibbing with a gorilla costume – which almost works… until a real gorilla shows up! Don’t miss these classic shorts from 1941-42.
