My favorite TV show

When I heard that Danny Phantom was on iTunes, I was very excited and pleased. DP has been my favorite TV show for well over a year now. Also, as a college student I currently have very limited access to cable - there was none in my dorm all year, I had to go to a different one if I wanted to watch something - watching DP on Nick isn't really an option. I'm very glad to have these episodes as a relatively cheap, easy, and legal way to catch my favorite show. For those who may not know what Danny Phantom is about, Danny Fenton's parents hunt ghost, and built an unworking ghost portal. One day, he stepped inside, and hit the on button. The machine zapped him, and gave him ghost powers. Now the high school freshman spends his spare time trying to keep the ghosts that get out of the portal from terrorizing all of his town. I find that Danny Phantom is a wonderful show, with animation that is stellar overall (and gets even better in Season 2 than Season 1), awesome plots, wonderful action scenes, and a factor of continuity that keeps my Plot Cravings happy. It has great values of family and friends, of doing the right thing, and the concenquences if you don't. Danny gets into more than a few bad situations from poor choices, and there is often a moral at the end of the episode. Oh, and how can you not love a show where the best friends are a carnivore technogeek and a vegetarian goth, where the older sister is the smartest person in school but also protective and loving to her brother, where the mother not only makes the best cookies but is also a 9th degree blackbelt, and where the father names every invention "Fenton (something)", loves "Fudge. Lots and lots of fudge.", and yet still manages to be a formidible opponent when his family is in danger, despite ridicule from others? And Season 2 has a Christmas episode in RHYME. It's just plain wonderful. If I could give Danny Phantom more stars, I probably would. It's the best show currently on Nick, in my opinion.

It's About Time

It's about time that iTunes posts one of the better cartoons off Nick. Danny Phantom is full of funny moments, and has funny dialogue. It's got some of the funniest quotes in it. Danny Phantom is just one of those shows that people can remember. Some might think it's too silly or they might not be able to get into it. I say, start from the beginning and watch these episodes. I am sure that you will eventually love it. Some episodes that I recomend are "My Brother's Keeper," "Bitter Reunions," "Million Dollar Ghost" and "Maternal Instincts."

#1 on my Ghost List!

I love Danny Phantom! Especially the new one, Schools Out Ghouls Out. Anyway I love all the names of his enemy's names. They are so clever! Danny Phantom Rocks so give it a go!
