This season made me cry
Not give spoilers but this is the first show ever to make me cry like a little baby. The season finale was so devastatingly sad and yet some parts made me want to sing and jump for joy. I can't wait for iTunes to post the rest of the season.
Finally the 4th series is here. I've waited so long to have it. It's such an amazing show. I'll definitely miss David Tennant after the 5th series. Definitely 5 stars!!
A Great Season!
Remembering Donna (Catharine Tate) from her earlier appearance on Doctor Who, I wasn't too excited that she was coming back. However, I was greatly surprised by what a great companion she made. She and Tennant played off each other really well, and I really enjoyed the friendly chemistry they had. The plot doesn't really come together until the end, but then it's huge - reappearance of everyone's favorite pepper-pot villains. There are clues throughout the series, of course, but it's not as strong as "Bad Wolf" was in the season with Nine and Rose. There was an episode featuring a meeting with Agatha Christie (which was WONDERFUL, as a fan of hers), and the end... Oh, it's big! Can't say much more without massive spoilers, but the whole season is well worth watching.
