An underrated classic

I first watched this as a 10 or 12-year old, and remembered it quite well. Half way through re-watching, I am still enjoying it a lot. This episode gets a certain amount of grief in fan circles for simplicity of plot and various errors, but for me the flaws are forgivable. This is not groundbreaking Doctor Who by any means but for me it is a perfect UNIT formula episode. It is also great to see Roger Delgado in his prime. The encoding on this episode leaves a lot to be desired with pretty frequent video dropouts and interlace artifacts. Hopefully, it will be remastered soon and the higher quality version available. But until then, this episode is still a lot of fun.
