Description

Kenny Powers is back for another year of hilarious mayhem as HBO presents Season 3 of the raw-and-raunchy comedy series about this burned-out former major league pitcher played by Danny McBride. Picking up one year after Season Two, Kenny brings his boorish behavior to Myrtle Beach, SC and somehow resurrects his baseball career as the closer for the minor-league Myrtle Beach Mermen. Even as he postures himself as the new King of Myrtle Beach, Kenny struggles to come to terms with growing older, both in his personal life, and professionally with the arrival of some talented up-and-comers on the team.

Getting no assistance from Dustin, Maria or Jamie, Kenny tracks down his erstwhile lackey Stevie, currently employed at Ashley Schaeffer's (Will Ferrell) car dealership. Kenny crashes a perverse plantation fete the dealer is throwing in an effort to liberate Stevie.
