A comedy where you actually care about the characters!
What a nice surprise - show is brilliantly written and the timing of the cast is fantastic. British writing that has the best of comedy and pathos (like Extras etc). Matt Le Blanc parodies himself hilariously.
I've heard so many great things about this show but I don't subscribe to Showtime. Watched the first three so far and it gets better and better as it goes on. I'm not in "the business" but I have a feeling this is pretty much exactly like it is. The characters are very real and complex and Matt LeBlanc is amazing. He totally makes you forget "joey" and believe this is who the real guy is. He's real, and funny and quite flawed. I can understand why he got an Emmy nomination. Can't wait to see more!
Absolutely amazing comedy and Matt LeBlanc plays his A game here.
Saw this in the UK and I almost wet myself.
It gets funnier with every single episode, a must see.
