Anthony Edwards – along with a dynamic ensemble cast -- returns to network series television in the dramatic adventure thriller, Zero Hour, which will have his character, Hank Galliston, questioning everything and everyone he ever believed in – including himself. Zero Hour will premiere on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on ABC. As the publisher of Modern Skeptic Magazine, Hank Galliston has spent his career following clues, debunking myths and cracking conspiracies. But when his beautiful wife, Laila (Jacinda Barrett), is abducted from her antique clock shop, Hank gets pulled into one of the most compelling mysteries in human history, stretching around the world and back centuries. Contained in one of his wife’s clocks is a treasure map, and what it leads to could be cataclysmic. It’s up to Hank to decipher the symbols and unlock the secrets of the map, while ensuring the answers don’t fall into the wrong hands -- hands that belong to a sinister, mysterious man known only as White Vincent (Michael Nyqvist). Now Hank, along with his two young associates, Rachel (Addison Timlin) and Arron (Scott Michael Foster), as well as alluring and intelligent FBI agent Rebecca “Beck” Riley (Carmen Ejogo), must embark on a breathless race against the clock to not only find his wife, but save humanity.

Overused overworked theme. I doubt this will last more than one season although I hope for the cast it will. I'm all for people hanging onto their jobs. :-) If you are really into pulp adventure movies and games then this one's for you.

How many times can Hollywood reinvent the scavenger hunt format? Oh, no, wait it's not's the same 'ole same 'ole.
Try any of the movies over the past couple decades where the Nazis have either discovered the key to eternal life or a newly established skin-head world-wide terrorist organization draws on old treasures and recent European history to do the same. And the battle is on to: a.) rest world-wide domination from hands of traditional nation-states, b.) establish their own superior race, ideology or their one "true religion" and c.) crush a hapless "hero" who stumbles into the storyline, gets in their way, and performs unbelievable feats of courage. Will this Everyman succeed? Yes, absolutely. Why? Because he's on a myopic journey to rescue his loved one and love conquers all. Why should we care? Because his race against time (pun intended) morphs into THE final apocalyptic battle of good against evil. Really, they had no more imagination than to call it "Zero Hour"? Of course it will all magically resolve at the end of 12 or so episodes..... or not, depending on the ratings. (Remember the series "V" ?) Oh yea, and don't forget to add the supportive, equally hapless yet faithful sidekick friends who enter stage right, against said hero's wishes. (Amazing isn't it how well that watchmaker, in a small burg of Bavaria speaks English.) Add a quick aerial shot of Mad Ludwig's Castle (from the backside so it doesn't look too familiar) for the exotic touch and to reinforce the idea that we will travel the world with them. Can you say "The Amazing Race" and Indiana Jones in one breath?

It's about "time"!!!!

I absolutely love it. I'm not a fan of SCI-FI, but this show catches my attention. Can't wait till the pilot airs online so I can see previews for the next show. I was at the edge of my seat the whole time.

0 Effort

It's a television series and not real in any shape, or form.
No reality is depicted because, once again, its a television show.
However, what do you have to lose in downloading it ?
Other than an hour of your life, it's free ! So stop complaining
and watch it. Then youcan go back to your mundane and meaningless reality....which is real, unlike this episode.
