Description

In the season finale of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, television's No. 1 scripted series, Sara was kidnapped by the miniature killer and left for dead under a car. In the Season 8 premiere, we'll finally learn the answer to the burning question — "Does Sara live or die?" One thing's for sure — the graveyard shift will never be the same again. Actress Jessica Lucas (The L Word) guest stars in four episodes as Veronica (aka "Ronnie") Lake, a young, overzealous new CSI-in-training who's about to discover that in searching for the perpetrator of a crime, she could easily become his next victim. Also this season, director William Friedkin (The Exorcist) will direct an episode, and CSI will do a crossover episode with another hit CBS show, Without a Trace. Star Marg Helgenberger's real-life husband, actor Alan Rosenberg, will also return for an episode.

BEST SEASON YET!

Meredith and I were on the edge of our seats when the 7th season of CSI went off the air. We were so nervous about the fate of Sara, and how it would effect the Sara Grissom love relationship. The season premiere of CSI (season 8) lived up to the hype! I was once again on the edge of my seat, biting my fingers wondering how the writers of the show were going to play out this cliff-hanger. This is a must-watch episode, and great way to start off the season. Wondering though if the rumors of Sara's final episode being November 8th, (titled: Hello, Goodbye), will truly be the end of their relationship. Only time will tell. Right Mimi?

CSI: more than an addiction!!!

I've been a fan of this show since the beginning. It's been the highlight of every week. Now, two additional spinoffs, reruns after reruns and 8 seasons later, it is still, by far, the best show on television. The twists and turns of CSI: don't come as often as other dramas, but when they do (like when the Miniature Killer kidnapped Sara), they pack a mean punch. The science is cool, the characters are written perfectly, the romances are beautiful and the crimes are creatively bloody. Get addicted to this show while you can; it may become the best show you'll see.
