Is the wacky medical resident John "J.D." Dorian (Zach Braff, The Last Kiss) ready to be a father? A trip to Vegas, an appearance by the famed Blue Man Group, and the return of J.D.'s arch nemesis, the troublesome janitor (Neil Flynn, Magnolia), may just put things into perspective for him. Carla (Judy Reyes, Oz) gives birth and hubby Turk (Donald Faison, Remember the Titans) finds himself on his own. Elliot (Sarah Chalke, Mama's Boy) takes on a private practice with a public display that has some green with envy. Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley, Identity) faces his anger problems and is motivated to simultaneously take on three medical mysteries. Through the perspective of Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins, The Sum of All Fears), the series addresses the many heated positions on the war and challenges Kelso's leadership. All this and a very special musical episode, a road trip and a stunning departure!

One of the most underrated shows on TV. Talk about funny, I crack up everytime I watch it. Is a shame NBC is putting Scrubs on at the same time as CSI and Greys Anatomy. Its going to get killed in rating this year, but I'm glad i-Tunes decided to add the newest season to their tv shows in the i-store. Please consider adding seasons 1-4 soon! And how about Will and Grace and My Name is Earl!
