Good Show, I like it
The Sarah Silverman Program is a comedy series starring comedian and actress Sarah Silverman. The show premiered on Thursday, February 1, 2007, at 10:30 p.m. The series stars Sarah Silverman, Laura Silverman, Brian Posehn, Steve Agee, and Jay Johnston. Silverman as a fictionalized version of herself, an unemployed, immature woman who leads an irresponsible and impulsive life. Laura Silverman plays her sister, Laura Silverman, who tends to take care of Sarah. Laura pays Sarah's rent and helps her out in most situations. Posehn and Agee play Brian and Steve, Sarah's neighbors and friends, who are a gay couple. Sarah, Laura, Brian, and Steve all hang out in a group and frequently eat in restaurants together. The four seem to be close friends. It's a good show, that I, personally, feel has potential to be really good. Right now, it seems to be a little misunderstood, because of all the silly crude humor; but I think that this one day it will be a big hit :)
Outrageous, Funny, Wicked
This is the best show to come out of comedy central in a while. This show isn't for everyone, as you have to really appreciate someone as wacked out of her mind as Sarah Silverman. Sarah says all kinds of random things through-out the episode which are just funny as heck! If you get it, this show will deliver lots of laughs. If you don't, better just keep watching Little House on the Prairie re-runs, you prudes.
This show is groundbreaking
As far as comedy and comedians Sarah brings originality and off beat humor to a world where the odd-kids are overlooked. This show will reinvent the boundries of sitcoms as well as bring new ways of presenting the craziest humor in the age of half assed comedy. This show might take the world by storm but whatever it does take over it will be my hard drive space until the show goes off the air. Comedy Central don't can this show...or else I will cry.
