Description

From Justin Timberlake and FremantleMedia, The Phone is an innovative blend of cinematic action-adventure and reality competition, which pulls the participants out of their everyday lives and thrusts them into a high-stakes game of action, suspense, and intrigue. It starts with the ring of a phone. An ordinary sound we hear every day, but for those who answer, it is anything but ordinary. It is a call that plunges them into a hair-raising adventure unlike anything they have ever known. Four strangers will become two teams of two, as they try to survive a deadly game. Can you stop a mad bomber before he strikes again? Can you take down the mob to save a police officer's life? Can you recover a piece of secret military technology before it lands in the hands of terrorists? With $50,000 dollars on the line, the opportunity is great, but so is the danger. Some players rise to the occasion, while others crack under the pressure. From start to finish, The Phone is a relentless adrenaline ride.

Very Intriguing for a MTV Reality Show

I saw this episode on MTV and was glued in. I thought I knew what I was expecting from an MTV produced show; Bickering, Warped sense of self-worth, egomania, and so on.... However, the show had 2 groups of people going around deciphering clues over a cell phone from some European cat . It had a stealth-like, adventure plot set up for contestants and the camera work was quite slick. They were actually placed in dangerous situations. Example, hanging outside of Seattle's Space Needle to pick up clues. Looks like some cameras were hidden somewhere and didn't get complete focus on everyone. It felt like a movie. I was entertained. I wonder what their budget was creating a show like this. Looks pretty impressive.

The Phone has my heart Pounding

In this exciting game of who done it, its an amazing race to see who can uncover the plot before its too late. With some amazing challenges, and amazing stunts. I recommend everyone to go and purchase the Phone, and be amazed. Only someone as crazy and gifted as Justin Timberlake would come up with something so new, and that television has never seen before. Even at the end of each game, which ever person that wins, they have to decide whether to share the money with their teammate, or keep it all for themselves. You will have to watch to see if greed, and $50,000 will get the best of them. Or will there be a change of heart and split the money between the two.

Great show!

Action packed and very well constructed. Anxiously looking forward to the next episode!
