From bizarre rituals to extreme habits, What's Eating You brings viewers into the frightening and often misunderstood world of eating disorders. Follow the progress of 12 brave participants whose lives are at risk as they battle not only their distorted body images, but also life-threatening food rituals and compulsions. From a woman who must put countless packets of artificial sweetener on anything she eats to a young man who will chew and swallow an entire pack of gum instead of eating food to feel satiated, dig into the worlds of people whose food behaviors are threatening their existence. With the help of medical professionals, therapists and nutrition specialists, patients will attempt the long journey to recovery as they strive to get their lives back on track.

It's so nice to see a show about eating disorders that is accurate. It's not just about being thin and in most cases it has nothing to do with that. There are so many underlying issues and it's not something to be poked fun about like they do regarding celebs in the media.
I like it already... This show is authentic, real. Really down-to-earth, this-is-what-it's-really-like eating disorders.
This show is sooo deep. It's very moving. It makes me cry. It's one show I will continue watching.
