Description

Jamie's Meals in Minutes is a rockin' food series that sees Jamie Oliver giving solid instruction to the culinary uninspired. In a tough talking, fast paced, as-live style, he creates great home-cooked meals from scratch - substantial mains, delicious sides and salads, gorgeous puddings and refreshing drinks - adding his own unique twist to each element. The series supports Jamie's continuing mission to improve people's lives through food by tackling the issues of kitchen confidence and lack of time, head on. The result is food programming that is as relevant and helpful as it is beautiful and seductive.

Jeff L

Very impressed with his fundamental cooking methods. You can tell a great chef by the way they make risotto, and Jamie does it near perfectly. This show is great for any type of cook, and is very entertaining to watch. The thing I like most is that he speaks to you as if you are right in front of him, unlike many of the other chefs on television. Highly recommend!

Quick, healthy meals!

I love this man. Seriously. His recipes, the way he explains them and the way he prepares the plates are unbelievable. This show made me realize how little I eat in variety. Some of the ingredients are a bit gourmet-ish, but trust me, they give them that special touch. Highly recommended this show.

Great!

Very entertaining to watch. Even though he uses ingredients that I don't like in some of his dishes, I still enjoy watching because I still want to learn the techniques he uses and because he makes 3-4 dishes per episode there is always something that I want to try. Fresh, healthy and educational. Great show!
