This show is awful. I couldn't even get through the whole first episode. This is not how those truly in London society act. Any real socialites would never have their name linked with a show this awful. These women are a joke. New money trying to be old money.
It's just British making fun of Americans .. Watching this show made me never want to visit England
I was bored once
I feel this show is more obviously staged than any of the Housewive's franchises. It's a clash between Brits and Americans. Who's "funner" who's "more well mannered", and how does one spend their money in public. The show is centered around press responses. Many American reality TV shows feed off of press to bolster ratings, too, but this is pretty much the focus of the show. I'm not really sure if Americans are supposed to sit at home and hate the British silently while watching this, or marvel at these ladies' faux ties to the elite aristocracies, but it seems like a slight attack on British women, so far. It's also a pretty ugly profile of several American females begging for points to scale the social ladder in London.
