In the stunning finale of season one, Richard “The Seeker” unleashed the power of Orden to destroy his mortal enemy Darken Rahl. Unfortunately, the Seeker will soon learn - the greatest harm can come from the best intentions. When the power engulfed Rahl, he held Kahlan in his clutches. Now in order to save Kahlan and close the rift that he unwittingly created, the Seeker and his allies must go on an epic quest for a mythical object called "the stone of tears." With a demonic monster and an army of Mord’Sith’s hot on their heels, the bonds between Richard, Kahlan, and Zedd will be tested in unbelievable ways. The times are darker, the enemies are greater and the only way that the Seeker can prevail is by becoming the legend that destiny demands.

Awesome time for an awesome show!

Legend of the Seeker was not a show I liked right away. It took a good ten episodes of the first season to make me fully enjoy what it has to offer.

The Acting - Yes, every show has its problems, but this show is pretty good in that area. I have enjoyed all the acting, with the exception of Zed the ugly and annoying wizard... ugh!

The Casting - As with most shows I try to like the actors. This was easy for most of them but as I said before the supposedly comical (but so annoying!) wizard Zed is so ugly and sounds like a toad a few episodes were hard to get through... But then again he is not in every episode! yay!

The Story - Its full on fantasy. I have been so wrapped up in "Sci-Fi Fantasy" that I found myself thinking, "Sword of Truth? Book of Shadows? Destiny of the Seeker? Seriously???" But I realize that is pretty much true fantasy. Which I loved when I was younger and still do.

The Effects and Locations - Simply beautiful and could not be much better... You can tell they tried their best and it worked so well! Maybe because they actually went to New Zeland to shoot?! And the money was well spent! Mountains, forests, rivers, and beautifull sets make you believe your back in a narnian-middle earth setting!

Over All - I can't wait for season 2 and love the Mord Sith. Awesome bad guys btw! If you havent seen this show try it out... may not be for everyone. But I will watch it every week.

I can't wait for it !

OMG !!!!!!!! It's one of my fav. series ! If you like LOTR i'm sure you'll love this series !!! I've watched season 1 , thumbs up and 5 stars !

The Truth?

I believe that the wonderful actors, beautiful scenery, and cohesive plot lines make this show one of the best out there today.
