Doesn’t Feel Real
The characters do and say things that feel more modern day than Civil War era. Dialogue and story seem predictable and characters don’t feel very nuanced at this point - I’ve only watched two episodes. I regret buying a seasons pass for this show.
Find it entertaining and understandable according to its time of era that these doctors and nurses go thru
Excellent Civil War Drama
Very well done drama based in part by real events. If enjoy period pieces this is a refreshing change from British dramas. Excellent acting and amazing sets & costumes.
