"Million Dollar Listing New York" follows three real-estate agents as they give viewers an inside look into the aggressive, high-stakes world of New York City's real estate market. Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund return for Season 2, accompanied by up-and-coming agent Luis D. Ortiz, a high-energy agent, originally from Puerto Rico, who's looking to take Manhattan by storm. The properties are more luxurious than ever, with 10 million dollar townhomes, 15 million dollar penthouses, and building developments exceeding the 50 million dollar mark. From the agents dealing with the devastation of Hurricane Sandy, to sabotaging each other's open houses, and enacting revenge against one another and a spectacular island-sized wedding that takes one of them off the dating market forever, this season's drama is sure to be as big as their commissions.

When Fredrik gets a $17-million dollar Tribeca townhouse, Ryan sabotages his open house by jumping into the swimming pool. Meanwhile, an enthusiastic new agent, Luis D. Ortiz, tries to make a mark in Manhattan by finding an unlisted, off-market property for a potential client. And after Ryan towels himself off, he attempts to resurrect a dead listing with a surprising new strategy: by raising the listing price!||43:04||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|2||HDClosed CaptioningVideoTwo Hotheads and a Hurricane||When Ryan and Luis list units in the same building, things get competitive...and combative. Upon their first meeting, Ryan insults Luis and Luis retaliates by re-directing (ahem, "stealing") clients from Ryan's open house to his. Elsewhere, Fredrik is struggling to sell the Marble House and just when he's got a lead, Hurricane Sandy strikes, plunging the entire city into darkness. Before the lights come back, the agents will learn a thing or two about their business, and their lives.||43:04||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|3||HDClosed CaptioningVideoBow Rooms and Broome Sticks||With Hurricane Sandy now past, the sun is shining and deals are being made...or are they? Luis gets the first townhouse of his young career, but is horrified to find that most of the décor is older than he is. Meanwhile, Fredrik is minutes away from doing a deal when a minor technicality threatens to derail the whole sale. And downtown, Ryan has no problem selling an apartment for a nice, sweet grandmother, but when he struggles to find her a new place, this senior citizen gets picky...and prickly.||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|4||HDClosed CaptioningVideoVideo Killed the Real Estate Star||Fredrik and Luis have listing opportunities for new developments on the same exact street, but when the dust settles, only one of these agents escapes making any commission at all. Across town, Ryan is back at his old stomping ground, selling at the Park Imperial, but familiarity does not guarantee sales. When his new client puts enormous restrictions on the unit, Ryan is forced to get more creative than ever, retiring his soap opera acting chops for music video ones.||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|5||HDClosed CaptioningVideoAll the World's A-Staging||After failing to nab a whole building, Luis is back to listing apartments, but that doesn’t mean things come easy. With his client needing to sell her apartment fast, Luis must first tame her three-year old son to behave at the open house. Ryan's also on damage control, hoping to calm his client, after Pat finds out about the music video. And thanks to his quick sale at 46 Lispenard, Fredrik gets the listing next door at 50 Lispenard. Only time will tell if Fredrik can succeed where Luis could not.||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|6||HDClosed CaptioningVideoThe Days of Licking Bricks Are Over||Fredrik takes Luis up on his offer to meet over drinks, and they instantly bond over their shared passion for real estate. So much so that Fredrik offers Luis a co-list in his current development, 50 Lispenard, a listing Luis once hoped to land. Things don't stay as friendly, though, as soon as Fredrik realizes he's got a loose cannon on his hands. Meanwhile in midtown, Ryan tries to find an apartment for Barbara, a housewife from Idaho who's looking to move her family to the city. Unfortunately for Ryan, that's not all she might be looking for...||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|7||HDClosed CaptioningVideoWill Haze for Listing||Ryan pays a visit to one of his old fraternity brothers who holds the key to a big commission check, but Ryan's little 'brother' only has one thing on his mind...fraternal revenge. Meanwhile, Luis is pleased to be meeting with a Puerto Rican client, although he quickly realizes that his 'Puerto Rican' charm doesn't work as well from someone back home. And Fredrik is downtown working his magic on yet another big developer; will he score his next big building and soar into the real estate stratosphere or will his demands be too much for this big time client!||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|8||HDClosed CaptioningVideoLord Have Mercer!||When we last left our agents, all three of their multi-million dollar properties hung in the balance. This week, Ryan tries to rescue the sale of his fraternity brother's apartment by going to all corners of the Earth to find a buyer. Luis, meanwhile, tries to win over his difficult-to-please client, Mari. Unfortunately for him, even two full-ask offers might not do the trick. Now that Fredrik put the finishes into Edmund's building, he's feeling the pressure to sell the first unit... so much so that his home life with Derek gets heated just weeks before their wedding.||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|9||HDClosed CaptioningVideoDon't Forget the Hands! Dinosaur Hands!||When Luis runs into a seller who completely over-prices her listing, he reaches deep into his bag of tricks in hopes of a sale...and that bag includes a movie camera! And, soon enough, every broker in the city has a client who wants an apartment there...including Ryan. Question is, how much is Ryan willing to suck up to Fredrik to ensure his buyer gets in before the building sells out?||43:02||$2.99||View in iTunes|

He's also asked to co-list with a new agent from his office who drives him almost as crazy as Fredrik does. Meanwhile, Luis has learned this season that teaming up with developers brings the big money, so he goes on a scavenger hunt to find a lasting partnership. And Fredrik soon sees that maybe Ryan isn't the only one having a negative reaction to his pricing increase.||43:01||$2.99||View in iTunes|
|11||HDClosed CaptioningVideoDo You, Fredrik, Take This Building?||Luis lands one of his biggest listings of the season when he's asked to team up on a Richard Meier designed unit. Things get especially saucy when he tries to stage it, thanks to an interior designer that may be even more energetic than Luis...and more sexual. Ryan continues to struggle with his co-lister, Jill, and finds out that there are some mistakes that even he might not be able to fix. And, elsewhere, in the Florida Keys, Fredrik and Derek have rented an entire island for their wedding. The only question is, can Fredrik leave his work behind in New York City, or will Derek grow jealous of Fredrik's love affair with 250 Bowery?||43:01||$2.99||View in iTunes|

Which is why I like it. Each of these three has a home in hell if there is one. But this season their frail attempt at acting really, finally, comes through. The previous seasons I was right there with them. This season finally feels really REALLY put on. Like so bad - wait for it ... style bad. Ugh. And I loved this show. Ah well. Enjoy hell boys you three definitely deserve it. :)
