USA network’s newest hit original series White Collar returns for a white-hot season two! White Collar, one of this fall season’s most critically acclaimed dramas, focuses on the most unlikely of partnerships between a con artist (Matt Bomer) and an FBI agent (Tim DeKay). Diahann Carroll returns as a recurring guest-star. This exciting crime drama, which was one of cable’s #1 shows for 2009, kicks off its second season this July with all new cases, more intrigue, more "bromance". . . and more Matt Bomer, People Magazine's "Sexiest Rising Star" of 2009.

Whew! Thank Goodness!

I kept checking and checking and until this morning nothing was listed for Season 2., This show is sooooo GOOOOOD! The combination of plot and CHARACTER is superb. Matt Bomer has the most amazing eyes -- I swear you can see them twinkle. And Tim DeKay has great comedic timing in such a "serious" role. The twists and turns are fun. But mostly.... the key is Mozzie. Wow... that guy is a comic gem, too. If you want summer fun, this is your ticket! And if you didn't hook onto the ride of Season 1, you might want to saddle up -- the background stuff is pertinent (but you could get by without it). Still .... the cliffhanger of Season 1 which clears in Season 2 makes a lot more sense if you know the players and their stakes. I'm so happy this show is back! Snacks, popcorn, pillow, cozy chair anyone?! Yipppppeeee!

Didn't think it could get any better - but it did!

Withdrawal was a great name for the first episode of the second season because that's what I was feeling the three months the show was on hiatus. I've totally fallen in love with these characters and the actors who portray them. Everything from the funny and excellent writing to the brillant intuitive casting makes this show unique among the scant offerings on TV now. Jeff Eastin so kindly ties up all the loose ends from the last episode of Season 1, even the loose end I was sure would always go unanswered. I love the cliffhanger endings and the surprises around every corner of the unfolding story. It's a show you can actually watch with your kids, no gore, no disembodied heads rolling down the sidewalk or martial affairs run amok.

The only bad, bad thing about this show is that there are way too few episodes each season. Thanks to USA Network for making White Collar possible. If you like suspense, intelligent dialogue, friendship, and the beautiful skyline of New York, then this is the show for you and your family.
