All eyes are on PERSON OF INTEREST as it returns for a fourth phenomenal season, after the team suffered a devastating loss in the last season. Although they’ve saved countless lives thanks to The Machine’s omniscience, John Reese (Jim Caviezel) and Harold Finch (Michael Emerson), along with lethal operative Sameen Shaw (Sarah Shahi) and unpredictable cyber-hacker Root (Amy Acker) now face an uncertain future. With a second machine — Samaritan — now online, the elusive team are now targets themselves, hiding in plain sight. The only thing more frightening than the ruthless Decima organization calling the shots is leaving those decisions up to an untested Machine. Facing a dangerous tomorrow, the POI team must find a way to outsmart Samaritan, an all-seeing, all-powerful artificial intelligence that’s self-governing, continually evolving and growing stronger every day.

I love the show, been watching it since the first season love all the characters, story, everything, went over to my uncles to watch it every week, hope that there's many seasons to come

Best Show out there, only gets better and better!

From the premise to the action and development as well as the actors and cast, this show just DOMINATES! It really captures the feel of the emerging Post 9/11 and security vs pricacy conversation and mood. Love it!!!

Perhaps the Best Modern Dramas Today

I delayed watching POI because, when fans explained it to me, I heard that it was a drama merely built around the idea of a data-harvesting machine providing social security numbers of someone who may be the one to save or the one to save others from. Not a bad idea, nice twist, but why all the fuss? I was so wrong. POI is not only the best vigilante procedural, (is that a genre?), the creators lace just enough A.I./Sci.-Fi. into the story structure, just enough cutting edge tech, money, power and human vulnerability—seamless plot, story, character development, and story arc in each of its powerful elements—that it ranks as the best show on television (competing only with the Blacklist I dare say), and is a weekly tour de force. Oh, by the way, not one episode misses the beat, not one to “ho-hum” through or apologize for . . . the best of the best.
