Their unique circle-in-the-round ceremony will be held in the stunning gardens of the Oheka Castle, of Huntington, New York. Twenty large birch-like trees will be hand made and decorated with crystals and orchids, and will encircle the couple's 300 guests. The bride's gown is encrusted with thousands of crystals, and serves as inspiration for her dog's glitzy, custom-made, $2k dress! An "Enchanted Garden" theme will mark the reception, as guests enter an iron wrought gate decorated with flowers to find a ballroom packed with trees, crystals and a nighttime lighting scheme. The $15,000 lighting package is designed to provide three extreme changes in lighting at different points in the reception, including a projected starry night sky, under which guests will eat, and an ultra-chic lounge for the after-party. Entertainment begins with trumpeters gracing the entrance for guests' arrival at the Grand Castle, and also includes a classical quartet for the ceremony, a harpist for the foyer, a jazz trio during the cocktail hour, a 12 piece band for the reception and a DJ for the after hours club. The tab for food and beverages will run up to $500 per guest, while two outrageous cakes include a creation by the Castle's renowned pastry chef and a surprise, sports-themed cake for Gregg. Guests will be brought to the island via private chartered ferry, and will stay in private rented homes. The non-denominational ceremony will be held under a massive floral arch on a deck overlooking the beach. For the reception, a massive tent will be raised on the beach club's grand lawn, while a combination of hanging chandeliers and candles will provide warm mood lighting throughout. The $75k floral budget will be spent on large floating orchids and allergen-free flowers. The bride's parents will be giving her a jewelry set worth $60k, as well as a $32k watch for her groom. The Colorado couple's 112 guests will first be dazzled by the ceremony, which will be held in an ivory-draped ballroom. Lush carpeting covered by bunches of fresh red roses will extend down the aisle, while iron candelabras adorned with red roses and a large round mahogany table with a display of flowers will flank the altar area. A lace canopy and a rose-blanketed gazebo will add to the galantry, while a 17-person wedding party will help bring the ceremony to life. A mariachi band will escort the couple and guests into the cocktail reception, where turquoise glass bell votives will be hung from pergolas and the children will enjoy breaking open a pinata. As the reception begins, guests will be surrounded by bling, from candelabras adorned with hanging crystals to crystals in the tabletop bouquets to crystal garlands for the canopy. The up-lit hall will be decorated in the colors red, turquoise, gold, silver and ivory, while the couple's names will be sprawled across the walls. The Chilean sea bass and beef tenderloin dinner will be served atop a mix of two china sets, along with roasted corn and cilantro risotto. Spanning multiple events over four days, the celebrations begin on Thursday at Varuni's Father's house, dubbed the "wedding house," which has been decorated with tenting, food and floral arrangements at a cost of $20k. Themes for all the events are based on the colors of peacock feathers, including aquas, turquoise and blues. At Friday's "Gowri Pooja" ceremony, the bride receives prayer items, including many silvers, intended for her to give to her new family. That same night's rehearsal dinner will involve 700 guests and cost $300k! It features the groom sitting on a decorated stage as the women attendees perform a ritual dance called the Garba. When the wedding ceremony finally arrives, it will feature the bride in one of her ten, $2k outfit changes, complimented by over $300k in gold jewelry. Fifteen of Varuni's late mother's saris will be placed throughout the ceremony in order to bring her presence to the proceedings. Dramatic peacock-inspired centerpieces will punctuate the reception, while the ballroom scenery will change every few hours with adjustments in lighting. Elaborate gifts, like a $12k watch for the groom and $50k in jewelry and clothing, will be exchanged during the reception. The festivities begin with a lavish, $18,000 welcome party to greet the 250 guests as they arrive at the Omni Shareham Hotel in Washington, D.C. In celebration of both their marriage and the arrival of summer, the couple has asked guests to wear white and gold. The bride will be adorned in her grandmother's 12-carat diamond ring, plus nearly $75,000 worth of additional diamonds! The ceremony will be held in the garden at the Omni hotel, overlooking Rock Creek Park. Hidden lighting in the surrounding plants will give the area an ethereal atmosphere. After the ceremony, guests will move to the terrace for an Asian-inspired cocktail hour. White lanterns in different shapes will hang from trees and be draped across the terrace. Next, guests will enter the Palladian Room for a plated dinner reception with seating at large banquet tables. After each course of their meal, guests will be directed to a different room with distinctive decor, entertainment and atmosphere, as they await the next part of their meal. Tables will be dressed in rich linens, and covered by crystal and gold candelabras, crystal candlesticks and red roses. Table decor alone will cost nearly $13,000! The couple will be ushered in with a rolled carpet that leads them to their own thrones at the end of the main room. After enjoying a multi-tiered and elaborate wedding cake, guests will be gathered into a disco-themed after party, where a DJ and dancers will entertain guests as they dance on a lucite floor covered in pictures of the bride and groom. The church will be accented with flower balls in yellows, aquas and light orange, while the aisle will be lined with iron pedestals holding pompoms of roses, hydrageas, calle lillies and orchids. Ribbons of orchids will rest on the pastor's tables while the bride and groom's chairs will be adorned with flower garlands. A twelve-member Mariachi band will serenade guests as they enter the church. The bride will be dressed in a $6,000 mermaid style Kenneth Poole strapless satin dress with silver beading, as well as a $1200 custom designed tiara of Swarovski crystals and satin ribbon. During the cocktail hour at the historic Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, California, guests will be entertained by a trio of acoustic guitars playing romantic ballads, and will enjoy trays of Spanish foods. As the reception begins, a 15-person chorus line will welcome guests through the grand entrance, where they will find a room filled with Venetian glass chandeliers, sculpted ceilings and a wall of glass looking out to the Pacific Ocean. Tables will be dressed in custom made floor length buttercup satin linens with aqua napkins, and will be surrounded by gold chairs. Royal blue candles surrounded by miniature vases will provide romantic lighting. As the celebration continues, the couple will perform the Tango in custom made costumes and with a crystal lasso! After a fabulous dinner, a candy bar filled with Mexican sweets will be unveiled, along with an outrageous five-tier wedding cake adorned with seashells of white chocolate, custom made by the renowned Cake Divas. The affair will incorporate contemporary East meets West themes, as well as a modern South Beach flavor. To kick things off, a traditional Sangeet party will be held at the bride's parents' home in Beverly Hills, California. Different food stations will serve various types of Indian & Indian fusion food, while Bollywood singers and dancers are on hand to entertain guests! The ceremony will take place poolside before sunset, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Two gorgeous square pool floats will hold all-white floral and silver metal gazing balls. Their wedding celebrations began in grand style, when custom box invitations with the couple's monogram, a silk ribbon and sterling silver rhinestone buckles were sent to guests, at a total cost of $8,000. The ceremony is being held at the couple's family church, which will have a soft fairytale theme and a 120 foot aisle. The bride's gown is custom made based on her own design, and is accompanied by a matching gown for her dog. A rare Phantom Rolls Royce with 3000 karats of crystals adorning the wheels will parade the couple to the reception, while their wedding party will be taken by multiple stretch limos. In all, $10,000 will be spent on transportation alone! A $15,000 white lounge area, lined with lavendar pillows, floral arrangements and lighting gobos, will be created to welcome guests into the Venetian. A live jazz quartet and piano player will be on hand for the cocktail hour. As guests enter the reception, they will be blown away by two 5-foot crystal fluted vases, filled with amber crystals and topped with large pave style floral arrangements. The place card table will be flanked by crystals, while a $400 custom satin monogrammed linen will serve as the backdrop for the hand-written place cards. The bride will be dressed in a second dress, this one shorter and more playful than her gown, allowing her to dance the night away to music provided by both a DJ and a live band. Lighting will change colors throughout the reception, culminating in a lavendar scheme after dinner. The bride and groom will be seated on a custom covered ivory velvet love seat. A four-tier ivory fondant cake filled with layers of custom made sugar paste flowers will be topped off with a custom made Swarovski crystal monogrammed cake topper. Eight red rose wreaths and a strolling violinist will welcome guests as they arrive. The Grammy-winning Atlanta Boy Choir, as well as a pianist, organist and trumpeter will provide wedding music, while a string trio will provide prelude music. The bride's Rivini ceremony gown is valued at $35,000, while her tiara, a handmade gift from designer Maria Elena, is valued at $10,000. During the cocktail hour at the famous Ritz Carlton, the family wedding gowns will be on display in the corridor, along with rose topiary trees and dozens of fresh arrangements. Signature drinks and the bride's favorite childhood foods will be served. Inside the reception, the custom designed lighting will wash the ballroom in a soft pink with pin spotting and a custom gobo shining the bride and groom's monogram in the center of the oversized white dance floor. Three magicians will circulate around the party, while 1970's platinum recording artists, The Tams, provide musical entertainment. During the reception, the bride will change into a pale pink bridal gown, also custom made by Rivini. The Southern Comfort menu includes options like shrimp and grits, broccoli cole slaw, buttermilk fried chicken and mashed sweet potatoes. Dessert stations will serve warm peach cobblers with vanilla creme, while the five-tiered wedding cake was modeled after that of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. As the bride exits through a shower of ivory rose petals, guests will be left with Christopher Radko Christmas ornaments, custom designed posters and special surprises from the valet.
