Customer Reviews

Not a good as you would think...

This DVD was a dissapointment. John was a genius and was one of my favorite perfomers on SNL but it seems as though they threw in some great skits and then filled out the DVD with other ones that weren't so hot. I found myself fast forwarding through the second half of it quite a bit.

There will never be another John Belushi!

John Belushi was the Babe Ruth of SNL. The Godfather, "Cheeseburger ... Cheeseburger ... Pepsi!"... Captain Kirk ... The Samurai Deli Owner, and nobody has ever done a better Joe Cocker impression! They are all in this collection. The type of person that will tell you this is not worth the money, is the same guy that went to see "Glitter"... twice.

Pretty good stuff

I enjoyed viewing this episode. Yes, there were a few slow areas, but over all it had some really good bits. It's worth the bucks for any fan of the original SNL or even some of the later fans. My 14 year old daughter enjoyed it and she had never seen a SNL episode before.
