After watching it, you can't feel the same. It's an eye opener
The program shows you the transformation of monied people and the effects their acts of kindness have on the unwitting recipients of their generosity. But those who get are also transformed - less by the money, mostly by seeing through the eyes of these wealthy volunteers what good they have been giving to others all along. A very human look at real human interactions.
I do like this show...
Contrary to the review which slams the show, I do like it. I wasn't sure when I purchased the first episode of this season whether or not I was going to like it but the more I watched the better it got. If one is cynical (as is the negative reviewer), then they may not care for it, but I watch things with an open (and well seasoned) mind and I liked it a lot. I'm going to buy the season pass.
It's worth watching the first episode and making up your own mind...I believe most will agree -- they'll love the show and watch the rest!
