Only two episodes downloaded
I paid nearly $18 for the 38th season, but only two episodes downloaded. Yet I was charged for the entire season. I tried multiple times to get the other episodes to download, but I kept getting an error. I had just downloaded a season of Dora just fine. I tried the next day and still received errors. This proves the issue had nothing to do with my connection as I previously thought. I'm not sure what the problem is.
These videos are a total lifesaver in our house. Our youngest (19 mos) runs the house. And that means that Elmo was always on the big screen. Now we have these videos on my iPad, my iPhone, my husband's iPhone, and EVEN on my NEW Macbook Pro. Finally, we get a break, and can watch real TV and Movies!!!
Only two episodes. :(
Edited to add- I was able to go back and download them. Upgraded from 2 to 5 stars.
