From Emmy Award-winning writer Mitchell Hurwitz (Arrested Development) and Eric and Kim Tannenbaum (Two and a Half Men) comes Sit Down, Shut Up, an animated comedy that focuses on eight staff members at a high school in a small Florida fishing town (Go Baiters!) who never lose sight of the fact that the children must ALWAYS come second. We watch them grapple with their own egos, needs, and personal agendas, their petty insecurities and prejudices, unrequited loves and ruthless battles for power — and that’s just at the staff meeting. Sit Down, Shut Up is a series for the young and old at heart. It lampoons modern society while exposing the dreams, flaws, and struggling humanity of our first and most formative authority figures: teachers.

You're kidding right?
I tried watching this show, but I couldn't even finish it. Nothing made me smile or laugh, this show has a bad plot, and bad jokes. They tried to be 'edgy' with an anti-semitic joke, but it went too far. Please don't buy this; it's a waste of your money.
Keep an eye on this one
"Sit Down, Shut Up", the new show from FOX, has an amazing amount of potential. With its unique animation style (animation on a live-action background) and slew of characters (the lovestruck, the overconfident, the "hippie", the weirdo, etc.) this is definitely a show to look out for. The writing is clever, the plot (at least for the Pilot episode) does leave a bit to be desired, but the actors already seem to know their characters, and will only become more comfortable with them in time. Definitely a show to keep your eye on, but also not for everyone.
GET UP, CHANGE CHANNEL
This show stinks. I sat down thinking that I was going to see an amazing new show. This show will probably be canceled once "The Cleveland Show" hits Fox animation sunday lineup. so like I said before, Get up, Change channel.
