It's gone way down since Season 3....
After the hiatus, the wittiness and pure humour of Spongebob left to be replaced by lame musical numbers, bad gags, and grating scenarios, all of which involve Patrick and Spongebob acting really excruciatingly stupid, and poor squidward getting tortured. This show used to be a secret pleasure for adults, but now, there isn't a shred of any humour here suitable for adults, and with most teens, the show is too juvenile. The way it is done now is that it's just a kid's show, and that it isn't even enjoyable for most kids anymore.
Nothing can beat spongebob
spongebob is and forever will be the greatest cartoon EVER!!!
I Think I'm Going To Cry
I won't lie. From seasons 1-3, I was one of the biggest Spongebob fans ever. There were truly amazing episodes from all of those seasons, like Bubblestand from season 1, Band Geeks from season 2, and The Camping Episode from season 3. Each of these seasons had incredible episodes, and I still like them today even though I'm a bit older now. But then season 4 happened. And then season 5 happened. And now this absolute travesty of a season 6 happened. Throughout seasons 4 and 5, there were OCCASIONALLY good episodes, like Krusty Towers or The Inmates of Summer. I would now like to say, those episodes are GONE. I have not convinced myself to like ANY of these episodes so far. I just don't understand.
