Supernatural, Season 4HDClosed Captioning

Years ago, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force. Subsequently, their father raised them to be soldiers, teaching them about the paranormal evil that lives in dark corners and on the back roads of America. And he taught them how to kill it. This haunting series follows the Winchester brothers as they travel the lonely and mysterious back roads of the country in their '67 Chevy Impala, hunting down every evil supernatural force they encounter along the way. At the start of the fourth season, Dean has been freed from Hell, but he can't remember how or why, or what happened while he was there. It soon becomes clear that Sam has secrets of his own, including what happened in the four months Dean was gone. As the brothers answer these questions, they also face a dire threat. There are whispers that an evil demon will soon be freed from its prison. If Sam and Dean can't stop it, it could mean the Apocalypse . . .

Most underrated show on TV

Supernatural may not get the most viewers, or the most magazine covers - but the recent Q-ratings poll shows that it's in the top-ten of devoted fans. Watch once or twice, and you will watch it forever. The stories are generally tightly crafted, the characters are interesting and grow and change considerably from episode to episode, and they have the best supporting cast in the business. But most of the credit needs to go to the leads, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. They bring their A-game to every scene, and you can feel the depth and intensity of their relationship and bond throughout the show. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quite Literally, Oh My GOD

As with every Supernatural fan, with the heart-wrenching ending of Season Three, I was unbelievable excited, nervous and scared as hell for Season Four. What was going to become of our beloved brothers? Now, Lazarus Rising is here and... I am completely floored. I haven't been so impressed by a TV show. EVER. Lazarus Rising is the best season opener I have ever seen. This episode was theatrical in its delivery to the avid Supernatural fan, or even just the average TV watcher. Simply amazing. I won't go into detail, because I don't want this to be a spoiler review, but... The gravity of the new development in Lazarus Rising, just WHO dragged Dean out of Hell... It opens SO many new doors in this amazing universe Mr. Kripke has given us. This episode never lost ground, never failed to keep you on the edge of your seat and anticipating what would happen next... Just plain WOW. I agree whole-heartedly with Jensen Ackles: This may very well be Supernatural's best season yet, if Lazarus Rising is anything to judge it by. I don't know about you all, but I am ready and oh so willing to enjoy the ride.

Does life get any better than this?!

This show is amazing. The writing is solid, the characters are complex and lovable, and the plot is so AWESOME that you can't go wrong with this show. The premiere episode for this season was amazing and I can't wait for the next. I waited so long for this season since Dean went to hell. I just know that us fans are in for an incredible season, and if you liked/loved the first 3 seasons, what's going to stop you from watching the fourth? Demon hunting, brotherly love, the Impala, and holy water. Does life get any better than this?!
