In Season 3, Coffey hits the road and visits struggling salons in California, Massachusetts, and Texas. For one week, she confiscates the keys to the establishments and takes over as boss, bringing her unapologetic, brutally honest approach to the salon owners and stylists who are in dire need of her skilled business direction. This season, no task is too big for Tabatha. Whether it’s moving into a salon owner’s house for the night to stage a family intervention, tackling five slacking owners in one salon, turning around a downtrodden children’s salon with stylists who don’t like kids or even doing hair, renovating a gay salon with questionable taste, or trekking a salon’s staff to the middle of the Mohave Desert to learn to survive as a team –- Tabatha gives these struggling salons the major push they need to get back on track.

Trust Tabatha! She speaks the truth!
Three seasons in, Tabatha continues to prove that she knows how to run a salon and is a pro at turning a failing business into a successful one. The only thing that ever stands in her way are the people that have sought out her advice in the first place! Tabatha's wry and matter-of-fact form of truth telling is both enlightening and amusing as she continues to salvage failing salons and turn them into a success. Anyone that doesn't take her advice is a fool, because she knows exactly what needs to be done to get a business back on track.
Tabatha bring her expertise to each salon. She is the "Simon" of hair...(But from Australia.) I can't get enough of this show or Tabatha! A must see ,even if u r not into hair!
Not just about hair
Tabatha is no nonsense and gives great advice on how to manage and promote any business not just salons. I would love for her to come whoop my job into shape and I work in an office. Hope that show has many more seasons to come.
