For eight men and eight women, the journey from XXXL to Ex-XXXL begins. Alison Sweeney (Days of Our Lives) returns as host of the series, which challenges and encourages overweight contestants to shed pounds in a safe and recommended manner through comprehensive diet and exercise as they compete for a grand prize of $250,000. The unscripted and life-altering reality series gathers contestants from across the country to face real-life temptations, while being provided with approved weight-loss skills and resources in an effort to help them transform their bodies, health, and ultimately their lives. Contestants work out under the supervision of professional trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper.

More seasons!!!

I love this show, not just for the entertainment value but also the motivation it has givin me in my weight loss. I watch the episodes on my iphone at the gym and it really keeps me going. I just wish the would make the first 5 seasons available. Maybe if enough people write in with interest they will come out with them. Ryan

I've been watching all season and have been happy with how prompt iTunes has been, but when it matters the most, big FAIL!!! Please fix for future seasons, very disappointing!!

I'm SO SO SO disappointed. I watch the almost the whole season on iTunes and then the big finale and 1) it's not part of my season pass...that really blows 2) You don't even have the finale up to watch even if I did have to pay more. What's the point of watching the whole season and then being left to hang on what happens in the end. I'm very disappointed
