The Pen Truly Is Mightier Than The Sword

And Castle proves it. I have loved this show from the very first episode of season one. I am absolutely ecstatic that it is returning for a second season because too many good shows get pulled nowadays. My favorite aspect is the Beckett/Castle duo, obviously; Castle reminds me of some of my own friends, telling jokes so corny that they're hilarious, and also applying a touch of the sardonic wittiness of Greg House, for those of you that watch that show. I also love how Castle can bring out the softer side of the mostly serious, all-business Beckett, and how she eventually lets her guard down enough to show us a much more vulnerable and deep side of her personality that makes her character so rich. I hope to see everything I loved about Castle's first season and more in this one, from the more-than-bizarre cases to the flaunting character flaws all of us share to the humor, particularly the jokes (both good and bad). The bar is set high, but I'm sure they'll find a way to fly over it (by any means necessary, knowing Castle) and wow both veterans and new recruits.

i am MADLY in love with this show <3

the only bad thing i can say about it? that it's only an hour long!

Castle is Amazing!

I am a 13 year old whose favorite show is Castle. My mom won't let me watch anything on Abc Family, but we watch Castle together every Monday night! Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic are amazing actor/actress who bring the show to its fullest potential. The dialogue is witty, and after watching one episode, I just want more! Their relationship is so great, and it's a show where you're not intentionally scared by murder, because Castle's jokes are funny and he helps make the gruesome death atmosphere lighter. (Or as funny as murder can be)! Every character is wonderfully played and has their own unique personality. I especially like Alexis, Castle's daughter, because she is the polar opposite of her dad, and it makes their relationship so good. So watch Castle if you haven't see it, because you'll fall in love immediately, just like I did!
